About Us

Located in Vienna, Virginia, Critical Path Consulting Corporation (CPCC), was incorporated in September 1993 as a woman-owned small business.  It was established specifically to provide systems and management consulting services to Federal and state agencies, as well as private sector clients, to provide integrated financial system and service solutions, including payroll, benefits reimbursement and distribution, student loan origination and servicing, grant distribution and health care reimbursement.  CPCC's mission is quality, with our consulting services focused on:

Strategic business and information systems planning and reengineering; Systems development and operations, including requirements, specification, design, testing, training, implementation, enhancements and maintenance

Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), including development of quality and performance benchmarks; integration of systems, operations and customer service; participation in CMMI and ISO9001 certifications.

Operational Assessments and Six Sigma applications.

The consultants of CPCC provide the highest level of expertise in their respective fields and are well versed in federal and state regulations mandating public sector programs.  Our organizational philosophy is one of providing assistance that is both effective in meeting the needs of our clients and efficient in delivery.
